Doesn’t it feel like a HOT minute since I last posted something on here? I feel like SIANLIFTSWEIGHTS has been a little sidelined lately and I can’t have that. I love using my blog as a creative outlet, it gives me some focus outside of the 9-5 which is great as I struggle to switch off from work mode, I am sure most if you can relate!
Anyway.. Lets throw this back a little bit shall we? Do you remember the time when beauty boxes like Birchbox or Glossybox were the new big thing.. Not sure about you but I spent SO much money on those boxes, getting samples and products delivered to my door each month. (Tbh most of it never got used but that’s a whole other story!)
So yeah.. Slowly my obsession for beauty died a little bit and my fitness passion fire started burning.. I soon switched beauty boxes for protein boxes.. Getting the latest protein snacks delivered each month which was great.. Getting to taste new products and brands was fab and it was a nice treat each month too!
Fast forward to 2019.. And thats where Lifebox comes in. I actually saw alot of people raving about Lifebox on twitter and thats initially how they caught my interest!

My own thoughts
I am super impressed with this month’s Lifebox. There is a few products that have previously caught my eye that I am super excited to try and I love the fact it comes with handy recipes to try out as well. I love the fact it is a mixture of products too, mixing food with CBD and drinks. You get an amazing 12 products and the menu card is a excellent touch that gives it that little bit extra.
I was slightly disappointed that I only received a small sample size of the CBD as this a big interest of mine and a larger sample would of been a brilliant addition to the box.
Overall it had a wonderful selection of products. I love the clean and contemporary design of the box, making it very sleek yet materialistic.
Keep an eye out in a few weeks for March’s box, I can’t wait to see what’s in store!
