Fitness Update: Week 1
So last week after trawling Tumblr for fitness inspiration, I came across a few people who mentioned the Bodyspace App/Site and I was definitely intrigued. My fitness goals are definitely to transform, building strength and muscle whilst losing body fat and getting fitter and cardio is definitely a swear word in my vocabulary! I am not a complete beginner to weight lifting and building strength but after having surgery a couple of weeks I was struggling to find a program that could ease me in slowly and help get me the results I wanted. After having a good nosey on Bodyspace, I found it offers so many programs, suiting everyone from beginners to advanced bodybuilders, female, male and whatever your goals are; fat loss, muscle gains ect!
After having a good read, I finally found the Bizzy Diet Program, 21 Day fitness plan, great for beginners and super simple to use too! I took the plunge and started it last monday and now just starting week 2! I have to say I am super impressed with my results this week, with a whopping 17.5″ lost from my body! I have not weighed in yet, due to it being lady time and I am always super heavy during this awful week, so I am going to save that for the next couple of days, but to lose 17.5″ is amazing!!!

The website is amazing, you can add your before & after pictures, all your measurements, weight, body fat ect and even add your healthy meal photos!!
I would definitely recommend signing up if you’re looking for a new program, or trying to get into weights. It’s like facebook but for fitness and I definitely get so motivated using the site!
So Week 2, I am going to knuckle down, do the 4 workouts this week and really give 110% with my food and workouts! I hope next week I can beat the 17.5inches I have lost this week! If you’re looking for motivation to hit the gym this week, check out my tips for getting motivated at the gym!

The workout was brutal but so worth it! I havent done so well since changing it up losing inches, but my strength has improved! xo
I am always in awe of anyone who is motivated to stick to any form of exercise as I lack motivation when it comes to my fitness…. 17.5 is incredible! Well done 🙂 x
Thank you lovely, I have to admit since that first loss its been alot slower, but I am seeing my strength go up so I guess thats just as good! xo
Fair play you’ve done amazing, I’m just out of surgery a week and I’m just itching to get fit and healthy I’m sick of looking frumpy, don’t know about weights but I’m defiantly going to have a look at the app. Best of luck with it x
Honestly weights are your best friend, once you get more muscle mass your burn more throughout the day, there is so many benefits to them! xo

I was amazing at my results, was so happy! This program is great for a 21 starter back into fitness! xo
I gave up on running because of my back (scoliosis), so I’m sticking to eating healthily. I wish I was able to tone what weight I lose.Good luck in getting the body you want, you’ve made such a fab start.
Thank you, have you thought about weight training? I love it and there is so many benefits, and with all the assisted machines I couldnt see it being too much of an issue with health problems! x
