MAKING THE CUT #3 | WEIGHT-LOSS DIARY

update week 3 - weightloss diary
Contrary to what I said last week, this week has definitely not whizzed past! It was a short working week, with me only working 2 days last week, but I helped my friend move in to her brand new home Thursday and have actually been super busy!

Update:

Slightly different week this week. I actually really struggled with food in the week, having a pretty shitty intake for the week and not eating great! I was really sick as well which really didn’t help! I spent nearly all of Tuesday in bed after throwing up at work, which wasn’t the best and then my food went downhill from then. I consumed pie, cheese and so much chocolate it was ridiculous! On a positive, I made sure that this weekend was super good, sticking to my calorie goal, having good workouts and trying to drink lots of water!

Wednesday I baked some creme egg brownies for the lovely ladies at work, and even though I started off with good intentions, I did eat 2 of them.. OOPS! But I tracked them both! I also discovered this week Chargrilled Mediterranean Vegetables! These are literally amazing! I bought a frozen bag from Tesco for £2 and had them with some chicken, tastes so good so I am definitely going to grab some more of that!

I haven’t taken any more progress pictures yet as I think it is still a bit early, but if your looking for something to amuse you, Me & my mummy videoed ourselves doing a Ab workout at the gym Saturday night, so find that below! If you watch it to the end, you will find a very unbalanced me fall off a ball! LOL

I also did my 6 week check-in on the gym scales this week. I always try to do a print out on my gym scales just incase my home scales are not accurate. I pay £1 and get a little print out and I actually keep them and pop them in my Fitness Scrapbook!

I don’t base any of my weekly weigh-ins on this data, but I like to see that my weight and body fat percentages do go down on here too. Just another method of data that I like to track. However all my weekly weigh-in data that I will be posting will be from my Fitbit Aria Scales.

I am also starting with a new personal trainer today! I am super excited and cannot wait to hopefully see results in the next month! I am having 2 half hour sessions a week with him, 1 focused on lifting and 1 boxing/circuits and then he is doing me a custom program and helping with my nutrition too! I really would love to see 199lbs in the next 4 weeks, so fingers crossed!

Weigh In

Very mixed feelings on what my weigh was going to be this week!. Of course I was hoping for a loss, but with the offish week you can never tell!

-1.9lbs

I am actually quite gutted with this, but onwards and upwards right!!

I still think you’re doing amazing! We all have bad weeks, I’m always terrible for giving into cravings. Personal Trainers are the best! Mine never fails to keep me on track. We must do similar workouts, I do lifting and boxing once a week too (my two loves in life, really.) Keep smashing those goals!

That’s so neat that they give you a “receipt” with your data on it. I bet its great for keeping you motivated and accountable. Keep up the great work! (I also wanted to say on an unrelated note, that I love your logo! That castle!!)

Don’t let motivation be the thing to get you there! Use discipline. Decide your going to do it and do it! Motivation is too fleeting for me, it comes and goes too often! x

Love this entire post! 2 lbs is still 2 lbs and you are going to kill these results more with every check in!

Great job so far! I love the video of you and your mom! It looks like you are having fun at least while working out. Glad you are feeling better!

We all have bad food days, I always do after I’ve been ill! Your doing really well with your weight loss, looking forward to following your progress! Also, love your video, so cool that you and your mum work out together! ?

    • Sian Ryan says

We love working out together! Both have similar goals too which is great! It really helps when we have a joint PT together cause I let my competitive streak out and want to crush her haha!! Thanks for following my progress, hopefully more positive updates soon!
