Disclaimer: In collaboration with High Street TV, the FIIT Cube was gifted to me in exchange for an honest review.

It is officially the start of 2019 and the new year resolutions are in full swing. It’s the time where we all promise ourselves we will get fitter, slimmer and healthier, invest in all the fresh vegetables in the hope that we won’t get bored of that batch cooked soup and we grab fancy gym memberships willing ourselves to actually do some exercise before work.
I know after the first few gym sessions we normally lose interest, it either takes too much of our day, you don’t enjoy the type of exercise and having to get to and from the gym adds extra time and stress to the day.
I was kindly sent the FIIT Cube by New Image Fitness (the people who brought us Nutribullet!) to try as part of their #DryGymuary Campaign. I loved the concept of this campaign, spreading the word that you don’t need alot of equipment or a gym membership to get fit; it can all be done with a single piece of equipment, in the comfort of your own home, working around your schedule!

So what is the FIIT Cube?
FITT Cube is specially designed for HIIT (high-intensity interval training), scientifically proven to be one of the best and most efficient ways to work out. It comes complete with the easy to follow FITT 15 programme to help you get into the best shape of your life. With FITT 15, you’ll get the incredible benefits of HIIT to burn fat, improve heart health, strengthen and tone your entire body, build lean muscle and take your fitness to new heights in just 15 minutes at a time. You’ll even take advantage of the Afterburn Effect and continue to burn more calories for hours after your workout, even while you’re relaxing on the sofa. FITT Cube is the new shape of fitness. I decided to put the FIIT Cube to the test and give all 3 of the workouts ago, along with trying out other exercises to see how versatile it really is.
My first thoughts
I was very impressed when I first opened the package as it is very compact (perfect cube!) and packs a lot of equipment all into one. There was no assembling at all which is always handy as I really don’t enjoy putting anything together!
It comes with a few handy guides, including 3 circuit style workouts for each level (beginner, intermediate & advanced) and I originally thought that they all looked quite easy, however after putting them to the test I found even the beginner level workout was challenging and pushed me.

With one piece of equipment helping you do over 100 exercises alone, it is a great way to get HIIT style workouts in and get a really effective workout in without leaving the house.
My favourite part of the FIIT Cube is that there is a stepper included so you can make exercises more challenging whilst stepping or just step alone too! It is so versatile and excellent addition to your home to make working out easier and more effective.
You can watch my first youtube video featuring a workout with the FIIT Cube here. Don’t forget to subscribe!
It is available on HighStreetTV, Argos & Amazon and currently retails for £149.99 but there is currently £20 off!

I’ve put on just over 4 stone since giving up smoking 8 years ago. This year I’ve decided enough is enough and I’m resolving to reassess my fitness and set some realistic weight loss goals
Yes, all the best girl! What are your goals for this year?
I want to drop at least 3 stone, I turned 51 last year so taking a healthy approach is vital, it’s more about changing my diet rather than going on a diet, I’ve started yoga, once my stamina is better I’ll progress to hiit & light weights.
I just need to take more time out for myself to get a healthier regime going
Sometimes simple things like this are key!
I’m waiting for a lung transplant, so my main health goals are strengthening my muscles and keeping myself as healthy as possible.
Wish you all the best beautiful!!
I have crohns disease so I’m now on New meds so I need to stay as healthy as poss it’s not always easy to go to the gym or out for a walk some days so this would massively help keep me got being a gym bunny it’s hard when you can’t go out fingers crossed I win xx

New Years resolution is to keep fit, train hard and stay healthy!! Tone up more this year
Bought an exercise bike at the end of last year and so far am managing to get on it most days Plan to do much more walking in 2019.
For 2019, I would like to focus less on weight and more on strength and shape. I’d really like to strengthen my arms in particular & flatten my tummy. I love HiiT but have injured my knee so will have focus on low impact strength training for now.
Mine is to just get fitter, healthier, reduce my blood pressure and ensure a healthy heart. My mum had a huge heart attack last year, followed by heart surgery. Her condition is hereditary, so it’s likely the same thing will happen to me at 56 unless I make some drastic changes to my life and diet. I stared out amazingly in Feb after her heart attack going to the gym and building up my fitness and stamina, but I started a new job in November and moved counties, so not yet rejoined a gym and don’t have the space and money at home where I’m temporary living to buy any equipment. Anway, this has turned into a bit of an essay!!! Keeping my fingers crossed.
Mine is to walk more and to retake up yoga
To reach my target weight and then to maintain it
I’ve been overweight most of my adult life but this year I’m trying a lower carb diet because I’ve been researching coeliac disease and epilepsy (both of which I have) and found evidence that some doctors put epileptic children on a ketogenic diet – because epilepsy can occur if the brain doesn’t get all the nutrients it needs on a standard gluten free diet.
I always thought I was a relatively healthy eater being vegetarian and avoiding gluten but it seems that by eating GF bread and potatoes with many of my meals I may have been doing myself more harm than good. I don’t visit the gym for exercise because I’ve always been too embarrassed by my body shape but I do walk lots and lots every day so I really shouldn’t struggle to maintain a reasonable weight. So fingers crossed this diet will work for me and I will finally not feel too ashamed of my body shape to join a gym!
I’m not overweight but have gained over a stone this year but my main concern is how unfit I am, I’m starting out with a bit of swimming and then once I’ve gained a bit of stamina am moving onto the gym, so far so good, its been 3 weeks and am swimming further and further each time I go (3 times a week at the moment)
definitely need to make more use of my gym membership to lose the 2 stone I want shifting!
To walk more and be more healthy
I have a bad back so mine is to get stronger and fitter.
To keep up with my exercise regime and Fitbit challenges to tone up for holiday / summer
Just to move more, every little bit helps, as I am trying to loose weight I would love this!
I feel you lady on being a chronic pain warrior, I have MS and sometimes, meh! but since Dec 2018 I have been walking 8k steps aday, taking it up to 9k in feb , then 10k, small steps climb mountains!
I want to be fitter, happier and healthier this year. I want to look in the mirror and be happy and proud of my body xxx
This year I’m completely overhauling my routine! I’m 40 at the end of the year and I’m determined to go into it feeling my best! I’ve ditched the fad diets and have have a proper nutritional plan in place. I’m aiming to do less cardio and more weights to increase my muscle mass! I’m more determined and focussed than I’ve ever!
I am trying to be more healthy, which envoles walking regular to start with

I want to lose some weight, which I am doing and I have signed up for a half marathon in September, so have started training for that.
Baby arrived 28th December, with over a 3.5 stone increase in body weight on my 5 foot frame. I’m down 1stone 9 so far and can’t wait to hit the gym again.
I recently hit 40 and although i have only put on 5lbs in the last 20 years my body had started to change and have to admit iv found it alarming! I know i need to change what i do and become more active if i want to improve and maintain my figure but the gym really isnt for me. Iv made a real effort over the last few weeks to walk when i would normally drive and to take to dog for a walk twice a day rather than once. Its a move in the right direction for me and most importantly its something im comfortable with. This cube is something that would be fantastic for me. I can do it in the privacy of my own home and still continue my walking to complement it 🙂
I had baby no. 3 five weeks ago so I’m already training at home daily. My goal is to get my six pack back by the time I turn 42 at the beginning of April.
I discovered the Michael Moseley fast diet and fast exercise towards the end of last year and they seem to work well for me. So I have resolved to keep including them as a major factor in my lifestyle so I get and stay healthier.
I really just want to improve my fitness and muscle tone, since hitting my 40s everything is going south!
This would be perfect for both myself and hubby who have set high goals for our 2019 fitness; unfortunately long working hours and no childcare means we are dependant on exercising at home or enjoying exceeded that the boys enjoy also so family cycles, hill walking & swimming
I’ve pledged to run a minimum of 1000 miles in 2019. I really need to focus making sure my core and arms and stomach muscles are strong enough too as i don’t want to end up with injuries through only focusing on my legs and running. This looks absolutely perfect!
To tone up, trim the thighs, improve my general fitness ..
My weight loss resolution started 2 years ago & I lost a bit, stalled, became demotivated and put a little back on, but now I’m stuck with the stubborn rest that doesn’t want to shift :-/
To keep up my fitness and to try something new at the gym
My aim for 2019 is to lose weight, stop smoking and improve my fitness and muscle tone.
my aim is to lose 2 stone
I’m training to compete in 5k and 10k races this year
i need to lose three stone
I need to lose weight so I’m eating healthier and going to start exercising at home. Have to say this looks fantastic.
I’m just going to carry on training daily. But will be looking for new ideas that I can add to my routine to mix it up a bit
I’ve suffered with severe anxiety all of my life but the past few years it has got even worse so I’m trying to exercise a lot more and eat a better variety of food. I struggle with both motivation and will power (as well as outdoor exercise – anxiety!) so it’s tough but needs must!
i need to walk more
I’m just carrying on with running, yoga and HIIT. This would be perfect for home workouts
I’d like to loose a couple of stone
I’m going to eat healthier and do more walking 🙂
I am striving to workout more often, take long daily walks and eat healthier in 2019.
I plan to lose a stone
Trying to sort out my knee joint hit my target weight. Have lost almost 2 stone and just under 1 stone to go. Feeling better for it. Have been doing a small workout at home each day.
My resolution for this year is to get outside more and go on more walks with my dog.
I’m trying to eat healthier since I feel so bad.

more walking xx 🙂
Yes I’m going to try and tone my arms and legs this year
Mine is to look after my mental health by making more time for me
With long walks and toning up.
Yes, I do. In the last few weeks I’ve been to my local park run on a Saturday morning; my times aren’t great at the moment and I am walking a lot of the course but I’m aiming to be able to run the whole course within the next 10 weeks, I’m no Mo Farah but this will be an immense achievement for me if I can do it.
I really need to sort myself out! I need to get back into some weight lifting and yoga
I started yoga and love it!
I sure do I need to lose about 3 stone just over one dress size as I’m a bridesmaid for the first time and I’m not at all happy with the way I look ?
A little hard work and eating right I know I can get there.
Oh yes I forgot to say the wedding is May xx
I need to lose 2 -3 stone.. having a rotor cuff issue in shoulder is not helping as I was doing kettlebells… so it’s now trampolining indoors and cross trainer….. this extra equipment would be perfect for us as a family. x
I’ve just had a baby and gained quite a bit of weight during my pregnancy so my goal is to get back in shape to chase after both my children! I am more interested in getting strong and fit rather than weight loss per se and I really want to get back to lifting. I love the feeling of being strong
My fitness resolution for 2019 is lose some weight
My health goals for 2019 are eat better
My health goals are to lose 20 pounds and drink more water!
