Dream Body Challenge #1 – 2019

It’s time to get serious about this weight-loss goal of mine. For the last year or so I have been falling on and off the bandwagon, trying my best to get to my goal weight and nothing really has changed. This is now the time to reset, replan and smash my goal this year!

I am just a girl who is trying to be her healthiest, happiest self and with that in mind I do have certain weight related and fitness related goals that I want to smash this year. I love how goals can give me a new focus and determination!

I want to get to at least 160lbs, which is 22lbs away. Ideally I want to achieve this by July 2019 and I want to do it in a healthy and steady way.

This means MyFitnesspal is now going to be my best friend, along with my fitbit. I want to be making sure I increase my NEAT and tracking my food with no sneaky treats.

I plan on eating 1700-1800kcals a day, with a 35/35/30 macro split. I want to train hard and smart and get some serious strength too.

So here is the not so fun bit, the statistics to keep me accountable:

Weight: 182.7lbs
Bodyfat: 34.4%
BMI: 27.8

Left Bicep: 12″
Right Bicep: 11.5″
Chest: 37″
Waist: 29″
Hips: 43.5″
Left Thigh: 25″
Right Thigh: 24.5″

Now for the accountability part, my ‘before’ photos. Here is me, no filters, no decent angles, just me standing in front of a camera weighing 182lbs. Here is to staying accountable.
