I cannot believe it is the first day of 2018, where has the year gone?! The past few weeks have flown by and the whole festive period seems to have gone in the blink of an eye.
Tomorrow I am back to work, and with that comes the reality of meal prepping, planning and preparing so I can smash my goals and make 2018 an even better year.
I wanted to document my goals again this year, and use this as a new starting point in my fitness & weightless journey. There has been so much going on in the last few months that I haven’t really been on track with eating or my training and this in turn has affected my mental health and overall health and wellbeing. I want to go back to the happy balance of eating good and training smart and actually being excited to tick off the goals I smash and set even better ones!
So with a new starting point comes new progress pictures and statistics. As always I go by the data on my Fitbit Alta Scales.

Looking back on last years fitness goals I didn’t accomplish any of them except training with gorgeous fitness babes, however I am not disheartened. I love having goals to strive for and it just makes me want to work even harder this year fitness wise. The fact that I absolutely love training now, and push myself to try new classes and do new things is such a feat in itself!
