Fitbit Charge HR – Heart Rate Activity Tracker
I have had my Fitbit Charge HR for a good whilst now, and let me tell you, I am in love. I could not imagine having a day without this little baby anymore, I am obsessed! My lovely boyfriend surprised me with my Fitbit Charge HR for valentines this year and I have been wearing it ever since! 2015 has definitely been the year where I have taken my health, fitness and weight loss seriously and really upped my game in the gym and kitchen and even daily on my days off!
So what is so great about this device? It tracks your steps, sleep, distance, calories, active minutes, heart rate and flights of stairs. It notifies you of incoming calls and the app is pretty fancy too. The app has a simple interface, yet it very informative and even syncs with My FitnessPal! I also have the Fitbit Aria Wireless Scales, so I have everything all synced together and it all updates automatically!

Currently on an active day I average about 10000 steps which is great as I meet the recommended amount for the day! I love how you can track your workouts in the gym or at home with this device. It shows my heart rate whilst working out and afterwards I can get all the details on my workouts including distance, time of workout and what zones my heart rate was in, for example fat burn or cardio! The battery lasts a good 5 days and takes an hour or so to give it a full charge which I normally do when I am in the shower.
Overall, I personally think the Fitbit Charge HR is fantastic. It helps motivate me daily to reach my goals and I like how you can have competitions with your friends and earn badges too! It currently retails for around £110, depending on the retailer!

I don’t have a FitBit, but I like the idea, and it’s so much better than using your phone primarily to track steps and water intake. I like how minimalistic it looks, and there seem to be a lot of people who use these!
