Well hello, happy Monday! Is that even a thing? Maybe we should make it one! Let’s make Mondays happy and set the week off to an even better start! I feel like 2021 should be a more positive year, and sometimes we may have to force a little positivity here and there!
Recently I have had an influx of requests for the recipes of the meals I share over on Instagram and I thought I would make a round-up of my go-to recipes that I have used over the last few years during my weight-loss.
I normally meal prep meals on a Sunday and keep them in the fridge for the week ahead. Meal-prepping like this really helps me to stay focused and not mindlessly eat when I am hungry, which helps in turn with my weight loss goals. Most of the recipes featured below are super easy and great to use for meal-prepping!
