Baked Oats for Breakfast – Slimming World Style

Slimming World Baked Oats Breakfast Recipe

If you love overnight oats, you’ll love this warm-from-the-oven version. A comforting bowl of Slimming World Baked oats is an unbeatable way to start the day. (Slimming World)

Losing weight is so hard, I constantly fall on and off the dieting wagon and always seem to lose my motivation but the past two weeks I have been on it! I have joined Slimming world online and I feel like I am ready to take over the world, move over Beyoncé!

Slightly side tracking, but the last two weeks, I have been following Slimming World pretty religiously, I can’t quite get my head around all unlimited pasta I can eat but my first week I lost 5.9lbs, hello beach body!

This morning I was seriously craving cinnamon and banana (odd combo right?!) and decided to make a Slimming world version of my baked oats that I made last year and it tastes bloody wonderful! Syn free if you don’t add golden syrup and it makes a yummy filling breakfast! Find the recipe below if you want to have a go yourself making hearty baked oats!

Notes

Healthy Baked Oats – Slimming World

Overall I used 5 syns for it with the syrup but it is optional! There are so many variations you could use to make this, including added Options hot chocolate sachets! Baked Oats are great for these cold mornings and when you want some thing tasty and warming!

If your following Slimming world, make sure you check out my recipe for SW Brownies that are 0.5 syns!

Let me know if you make this or have made similar baked oats and your favourite toppings!

Lots of love, S x

Mmm it sounds really filling as well as moreishly tasty. Could you possibly add a mini packet of choc buttons and make a chocolatey version? X

Looks delicious, is it nice from cold? Like could I make it the night previous and bring to work or have you tried it like that? I’m back to work next week so i’m trying to figure out my breakfast options to bring with me.
