How has June arrived already?! I cannot believe we are six months into the year, it is absolutely mad! I thought I would write a post to try and put some monthly goals in plan, to try and make June a little more productive and see if I can get my focus back!
- Recover from surgery – If you follow me on social media at all you will know I had surgery on the 31st may, and it would be nice to be fully recovered, back into the swing of things with the gym and food by the end of June! It really knocks you back when your recovering, especially when you feel so weak, so I just want to focus on rest and looking after myself for now!
- Try at least 5 new recipes this month – I definitely was in a food rut last month, eating the same things over and over again! I want to try at least 5 new recipes this month, with at least 2 being veggie/meat free!
- Hit 185lbs or maintain below 190lbs – I have been going backwards and forwards on the same few pounds this past month, going from 192-198lbs and it would be amazing if I can hit 185lbs before my holiday at the end of June, or at least stay below 190lbs!
- VLOG – I would love to make a VLOG this month, definitely weight-loss or fitness inspired, but I am so shy in front of the camera so I need to get brave and just do it and hope it’s not terrible!
- Take more photos – My instagram is seriously lacking recently, I want to get back into the swing of things, and whilst I am at it improve my photography skills too! I have a gorgeous new camera that I need to get to grips with and would be amazing to get some lovely images!
Well, theres my top 5 goals for June. I normally would include lifting goals and more fitness related goals, but due to injuries I am unable to lift until further notice. I just hope this month I get the all clear for most of my health issues so I can go back to smashing it and training hard!
I would love to know what you have planned for June, any exciting goals you want to accomplish? Let me know in the comments!

I love reading other people’s goals and love that you have given yourself and either or to be happy with in regards to weight – hope you’re feeling better soon x

I think it’s interesting reading other people’s goals. I agree with you personally about taking more photos, I’m crap at it!
